AboutThe Role

As a Junior Graphic and UI/UXDesigner working in our Design team, you'll play a crucial role in creatingvisually appealing and user-centric designs for various digital platforms. Youwill collaborate with senior designers, and cross-functional teams, andcontribute to the overall visual and interactive aspects of our projects.

KeyResponsibilities

●GraphicDesign

●Assistin the creation of visually captivating marketing materials, presentations, andother graphic design collateral.

●Supportthe design of social media content, email campaigns, and digital marketingassets.

●UI/UXDesign

●Collaboratewith senior designers and product teams to produce wireframes, mockups, andprototypes for websites and mobile apps.

●Helpcreate user-centered designs that align with project goals and userrequirements.

●Contributeto the development of intuitive user experiences by participating in designdiscussions and ideation sessions.

●DesignSupport

●Assistin maintaining design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency acrossvarious projects.

●Stayupdated with design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance your designskills and contribute innovative ideas.

Qualifications

●Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.

●Aportfolio showcasing your graphic design and UI/UX skills, including projectsand examples.

●Proficiencyin design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop,XD), or similar software.

●Basicunderstanding of UI/UX principles and a strong desire to learn and grow in thisfield.

●Attentionto detail and effective communication of design concepts.

●Abilityto work collaboratively in a team, adapt to feedback, and incorporate changesinto designs.

●Strongattention to detail. Organized and reliable. Able and willing to presentdesigns to groups of stakeholders.
