- Security Champion: Identify and resolve technical IAM issues, proactively improving our defenses against evolving threats.
- Integration Expert: Develop and maintain integrations using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2 for seamless user access.
- Collaboration Maestro: Partner with IT and product teams to integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) and user registration functionalities.
- Knowledge Hub: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles for IAM processes.
- Problem-Solving Sleuth: Diagnose and resolve Tier 2 and 3 IAM-related issues, identifying causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Project Powerhouse: Provide support on access provisioning projects, optimizing current workflows for enhanced efficiency.
- An Associate's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the identity and access management space (or) a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proven experience utilizing Active Directory or other IAM tools.
- A strong track record of successfully managing IAM solutions and systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
