- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to clearly articulate design decisions and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
- Experience designing both internal tools and consumer-facing experiences.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, embracing ambiguity and adapting to change while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
- A meticulous and pragmatic approach to research and design, combining a focus on user needs with the ability to execute efficient and user-friendly solutions.
