Immediate needs for both experienced Behavior Technicians and new eager-to-learn individuals around Cary, NC!

Don’t worry if you don't have any direct applied behavior analysis (ABA) experience - we are looking for Direct Support Professionals, Paraprofessionals, LNAs, CNAs, Daycare Workers, Camp Counselors, Respite workers, Nannies, and candidates who have experience working with children (specifically, special needs children).

The fun you’ll have will include:

  • Work and play with kids through the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Learning about the field of ABA, taking data, and seeing the change you are making in your clients' lives
  • Collaborate and receive mentorship from experienced clinical leaders
  • Growing in a rewarding career
  • Some experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, direct support, education, or a related field
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred but not required
  • Be at least 18 years of age with some college education in the field; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
  • CPR/First Aid Certified preferred
