Job Title: Clinical Supervisor (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

We're currently seeking a talented Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Position Overview:
The Clinical Supervisor acts as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), leading a team of behavior technicians and/or Clinical Associates to deliver behavior analytic services in a defined clinic or region. This role involves supervising client cases, providing direct therapy services, conducting behavior analytic assessments, and facilitating parent/caregiver training. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude toward the agency's mission and success, along with excellent communication, decision-making, and clinical critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, business partners, and the community.
  • Oversee all evidence-based ABA service delivery procedures, including intake, therapy, assessment, and parent training, across various settings (home, clinic, school, community).
  • Supervise the work of Clinical Associates and adhere to BACB supervision standards.
  • Utilize clinical software systems for client progress tracking and program modification.
  • Conduct staff training, including RBT training, graduate supervision, and other relevant training as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client service session notes and treatment plans.
  • Uphold billing standards for insurance-approved services and maintain high-quality standards for program design and staff development.
  • Provide direct one-on-one clinical services as necessary and attend relevant meetings, events, and trainings to stay current in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • License to practice ABA in the state of service provision (if applicable).
  • First Aid and CPR certification required within 30 days of hiring.
  • Background and fingerprinting clearance.
  • Cleared TB test (where required).
  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years.

Performance Measurement:

  • Daily attendance.
  • Implementation of client treatment and behavior intervention plans.
  • Data collection accuracy and maintenance.
  • Adherence to billing requirements and report submission timelines.
  • Professional and ethical behavior.
  • Communication responsiveness and effectiveness.
  • Contribution to a positive and respectful working environment.
