Type: Full-Time, Weekdays Only
Location: Asheville, NC, USA
- Compensation: Mid- Range $146K- 160K
- 15% Performance Bonus
- 10K Sign-On Bonus
- Relocation Assistance on Case By Case Basis
- Direct and assess departmental operations, staffing, technology use, onboarding, and staff competencies to meet performance and quality goals.
- Allocate resources efficiently to ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
- Provide oversight of core case management functions, ensuring adherence to care coordination and discharge planning processes.
- Collaborate with Facility CFO and Division CM Leader to achieve goals.
- Evaluate operational processes, monitor performance, and implement improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with policies and SOP.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders including CMO, CNO, and ancillary service leaders.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Adhere to the "Code of Conduct" and "Mission and Value Statement."
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Nursing, Health Admin, or Business Admin preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
- 3 years' acute care Hospital Case Management experience preferred.
- 2 years' case management leadership experience preferred.
- Extensive large facility case management experience required.
- Leadership experience in case management essential.
