Job Description
Responsible for reviewing documentation accurately. Research information via computer programs provided by client. Handle confidential information with high integrity. Prepares, screens, routes, files, and distributes reports and records by performing the following duties:

• Data enter applications and reviews with criteria not connected with immediately determining eligibility for benefits in NC Fast.
• Data entering and updating non-eligibility client information in NC Fast.
• Data entering all mail in/paper applications into NC Fast or other associate automation systems.
• Researching duplicate client information.
• Expedite screening of FNS paper applications. Pending and/or processing of expedite FNS applications and late reviews.
• Enter tasks into reception module and routing task to appropriate worker (through rotation or case ownership, depending on task type).
• Provide departmental support when needed including changes and special projects.
• Provide documents to other counties as requested and manage case transfers from other counties.
• Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Work effectively remotely when needed.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and conduct business in an ethical manner at all times.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Intermediate Windows 10 or higher skills.
• Data entry skills of 50 WPM or higher
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 2013 products/software or higher (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good beginner knowledge of Adobe Products: Cute PDF pro, Adobe Acrobat
• Good beginner knowledge of Google Chrome and Internet Explorer
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail.
• Intermediate organizational/Time Management Skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to multitask
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA and ADAAA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
