Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order placement - Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email. - Process customer orders. Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain customer records and update account information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - - Previous experience in customer service/purchasing or a related field is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - - Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately - We offer competitive pay and benefits package for this position.
