Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive experience
- Schedule and manage appointments using medical scheduling software
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Maintain patient records accurately using Dentrix
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
