Pau Hana Express is Hiring a Store Manager Near Kapolei, HI
Price Enterprises, Inc. is a veteran owned family business that has served Oahu residents for more than 30 years, with the latest venture being Hawaii's newest, most advanced and modern high-volume Express Car Washes. CarWash808 Express in Waipio Gentry opened in June 2018, and in January 2021 CarWash808 Express opened in the new Mokulani Development in Kapolei. Co-located with the Kapolei Site is a new Shell Station and new, modern full service Convenience Store named Pau Hana Express, which opened in May 2021.
*NO C-STORE MANAGER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Requirement:
Proven leadership and managerial skills in a fast pace retail or operational environment will be the determining factor in filling this position. Excellent salary of $55,000 to $60,000 commensurate with education and experience.
Job Summary:
- Must be able to motivate, train, encourage, challenge and positively lead the C-Store team.
- Present friendly, helpful attitude and utmost in customer service at all times when dealing with the public, specifically customers, vendors and staff.
- Responsible for operating the cash register by handling cash or credit transactions, issuing change, receipts, or refunds. Reconcile cash drawer and reports at start and end.
- Responsible forecasting, ordering, and stocking merchandise throughout the store.
- Develops people and fosters a team environment and a positive company culture on an ongoing basis.
- Promotes and resolves customer complaints, in a quick and professional manner.
- Ensures that store is exceptionally clean, abundantly stocked, and well-organized, at all times.
