Job description:

A&F Direct Hire Recruiter

• Build recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through different tools (database, ATS, LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.)
• Build a comparative database in order to evaluate different candidates through an efficient screening process
• Handle the recruitment process from A to Z, from job debriefing, the full interview process, and offer management stages, making sure every step of the way is within the organization standards
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing candidates to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and leads
• Prepare a strategy to be efficient in traditional headhunting/recruiting actions like chasing referrals, cold-calling prospective candidates, etc.

Job Requirements:

A&F Direct Hire Recruiter

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or similar majors
• 4 years of recruitment focused on accounting & finance disciplines
• Skilled communicator, with strong negotiation skills
• experience running a full/360 desk
• Extensive experience with headhunting top talent and going after new business
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking
• Track record of high-performance billing in the respective market
