Business Development Manager - Tech Staffing

• Build recruiting and sales strategies to identify clients in the local market through different tools (database, ATS, LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.)
• Build a comparative database in order to evaluate different key target clients
• Handle the recruitment from A to Z, from job debriefing, interview process to offer management stages, making sure every step of the way is within the organization standards while working closely with the recruitment delivery team throughout the process
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and leads
• Prepare a strategy to be efficient in traditional business development actions like chasing sales leads, cold-call prospective clients, and set client meetings
