The Job:

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Recruitment Manager with Technology staffing experience to join our client's growing business.

It is essential for this person to have a deep understanding of the technology recruitment space. The ability to leverage existing client relationships while going after and winning new business.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector to expand their client base
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the IT skills required in their market
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors and emerging opportunities
• Generate leads through various channels including online platforms, and cold outreach
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the firm

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years of relative experience in a business development capacity with a staffing agency
• Proven track record of successful business development in the IT staffing industry
• In-depth understanding of IT roles, skills, and industry trends
• Strong negotiating and closing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other relevant tools
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
