The coordination team serves as the voice of the customer within the organization-working with colleagues to ensure the customer is provided the highest level of service.

Our coordinator is often the first and last interaction our customers have with Paul Davis Restoration, starting by answering the initial call and ending with collection of final payment upon satisfactory completion of the project. The coordinators perform several crucial tasks: inbound call management, escalating customer service needs, entering and auditing pertinent details into the job management platform, job file management, collections efforts for on-going jobs, and third-party progress updates.
Ideal applicants will strive to exceed customer expectations, guide the customer through the entire restoration journey-educating and reassuring them, excel at multitasking- ob file auditing one moment and excepting an inbound call the next, and display professional persistence until problem resolution.
