Paul Hastings LLP is Hiring a Dallas / Houston - Mid-Senior Level Finance Associate Near Dallas, TX
Paul Hastings is seeking a mid - senior level finance associate to join the firm's rapidly growing global finance practice. Candidates may sit in our Houston or Dallas office. Candidates must have experience executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements. Asset based lending experience a plus but not required. The group's clients consist of many high-profile bank and nonbank lenders, including private debt funds, BDCs, mezzanine funds and hedge funds. Strong academic credentials and law firm experience are required. Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and deal sheet.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $435,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
