The San Francisco and Palo Alto offices of Paul Hastings are seeking a Corporate associate to join our premier global Capital Markets and fintech practices. Candidates must have familiarity with the U.S. securities laws and experience in the following: advising clients in connection with public company and private company equity and debt capital markets transactions and counseling public and private companies on SEC reporting, financings, and general corporate matters. Attorneys should have a strong interest in cutting edge FinTech work, and prior transactional and / or regulatory experience in the FinTech sector.
