Paul Hastings’ growing technology transactions practice is seeking a mid-level associate. Candidates may sit in any of our California offices, with a preference for the Palo Alto or San Diego office. This position will support the team on a broad range of transactions, including M&A support and provide experience drafting varied commercial and technology agreements. The position includes exposure to a wide range of industries and supports deals firm-wide, and will include close mentoring by senior level attorneys and partners. Outstanding academic credentials and a technical degree required. Technology transactions experience required. Additional experience in Life sciences transactions and patent experience preferred.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
