As our Business Development Manager (Supply Chain Industry) you'll be the captain of our growth ship, charting new territories and conquering new markets. Your mission? What We're Looking For in a Business Development Manager for the Logistics Division!

  • Experience:1-2 years of business development experience, ideally within the transportation Logistics or supply chain industry. Proven track record of driving growth and building strong client relationships.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. Experience 1-2 years in Sales
  • Strong Excel skills: effectively organize and analyze data, create reports and presentations, and make data-driven decisions
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the transportation brokerage sector, including market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
  • Communication skills: Effective listening, capability to effectively present information to an audience interact and communicate with others in one-on-one or group settings, and ability to influence others and reach mutually beneficial agreements. This involves clear articulation of points, understanding the other party's perspective, and finding common ground.
  • Innovative Thinking: Ability to bring fresh ideas and bold initiatives to the table, challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Experience in fostering a supportive and inclusive team environment.
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and develop strategic plans.

**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and nurture business opportunities: formulate and implement strategies to expand our customer base, and maximize revenue generation.

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, cultivating a diverse portfolio of prospective clients and key stakeholders to drive mutual growth.
