This includes the meticulous planning and coordination of specialty contractors, ensuring both the quality of work and adherence to the project timeline, as well as upholding onsite safety protocols. They are responsible for reviewing and approving project drawings and materials, maintaining transparent and consistent communication with both the owner and the PRC project team, processing essential paperwork, and holding certifications in all necessary first aid and OSHA requirements. Delegation of tasks to other team members, leading job meetings, and collaborating closely with the Project Manager for project planning and execution are also key responsibilities.
