Paul's Snowplowing LLC is Hiring an Administrative Specialist Near Fond du Lac, WI

Paul's Snowplowing, LLC is a small family-owned and operated property maintenance company based out of Fond du Lac since 1993. In its 28 years, Paul's has gone from a snow removal-only company to an all-encompassing outdoor property maintenance company with accounts all across the state of Wisconsin. Our customers have come to expect the highest of standards for their property care and our employees are more than happy to deliver on that promise!

How you'll contribute: Paul's is looking for an Administrative Specialist to complete the daily operating tasks to ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely is a must. The following responsibilities are not considered all-inclusive or mutually exclusive for the position:

-Sales

-Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors

-Provide information from requests via phone, e-mail, and mail in a timely, knowledgeable, and professional manner

-Filing, typing, copying, scanning with strong attention to detail

-Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail

-Collect and organize documents

-Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable

-Process mail

-Complete bank deposits and maintain accurate bank records

As an employee of Paul's Snowplowing, you'll enjoy a set schedule of Monday through Friday with your days beginning at 8am and ending at 4:30pm. Start and end times are flexible, and may be adjusted where appropriate. Every other Friday, the work day begins at 9am and ends at 5:30pm to distribute payroll. This full-time position includes vacation time, sick time, and paid bereavement leave as benefits, subject to accrual after the 90-day probationary period is completed. Other benefits include a shoe allowance, a professional yet comfortable office atmosphere, and company vehicles for transporting during work hours.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
