Paul W. Miller, DDS, PLLC is Hiring a General Dentist Near Chatham, VA

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages.

Looking for a full time or part time dentist. Busy office. All digital, Dentrix operating system, Medit i700 scanners for Crown and Bridge/Removable. Supporting staff (front desk, Hyg (4), assistants) all veteran, well-trained, welcoming and sociable. Excellent work environment. Rural area with excellent patients and opportunity for a diverse schedule covering all aspects of general dentistry.

Office hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm with lunch 1-2pm daily. June through August we work straight through 7:30-3:00 on Thursdays to accommodate staff planning family trips. No Fridays or weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings and fluoride treatments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive measures
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical documentation systems
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities

Experience:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid Virginia dental license
- Excellent knowledge of dental procedures, techniques, and materials
- Strong understanding of anatomy and oral health conditions
- Experience working with patients of all ages, including pediatrics
- Knowledge of medical imaging techniques for diagnosing dental conditions

Compensation: Full-Time will receive 34% collections with a daily minimum of $1000.00/day and full benefits listed below. Part-time can also be compensated at 34% collections with a minimum of $1000.00/day and partial benefits or a flat $1250.00/day without benefits. Benefits will include the following: Paid Vacation/Sick Days, Six paid holidays, Continuing education stipend, Health insurance, Dental care 100% for provider and immediate family, Paid malpractice insurance, No lab expenses, DEA-ADA-Business and Professional licensure dues paid.

Will consider sign bonus with one year contract.
