The company operates a design center in Burlingame, CA, and a large manufacturing site in Texas, with a significant presence in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with system architects, hardware and software engineers, and project managers to maintain expert knowledge in energy storage systems.
• Participate in system DFMEAs.
• Execute integration and verification tests alongside architects and developers.
• Create detailed test specifications based on system requirements.
• Develop methods and tools for efficient and dependable test execution.
• Document validation test results and communicate status and risks to management.
• Continuously seek improvements in safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7 years of experience in system validation or a related field.
• Experience with DC systems (1-10 kW) and troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical products.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages.
• Experience with test automation and battery management systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under time constraints.
