Hospitality Specialist Responsibilities:

The Hospitality Specialist is responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customer tables rapidly and accurately. The Hospitality Specialist will maintain organization of order tickets and communicate effectively with Back of House. The Hospitality Specialist is also responsible for setting and cleaning tables and stocking all service stations. The Hospitality Specialist reports directly to the Front of House Shift Supervisor.

Hospitality Specialist duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting; promptly and consistently reset all service ware as directed
• Service guest beverages and replenish
• Transport dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
• Perform general cleaning tasks using cleaning products as assigned by supervisor
• Deliver food from kitchen to guests
• Stock and organize the expo station
• Ensure customers have appropriate tableware
• Handle various impromptu requests from customers
• Posses a high degree of organizational skills to easily locate tables and provide customer service

Experience/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and to stand for up to 10 hours as well as walk, bend and stoop
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast paced environment
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

Preferred skills:

• Previous experience as busser or food runner

Hours:

The Hospitality Specialist is either a full time or part time position, hours will vary

Salary/Income:

The Hospitality Specialist is a non-exempt, hourly position
