About Us: Paw Oasis Pet Resort is a luxury boarding and doggy daycare center which is a new location in The Colony. Our new Castle Hills location is a brand new beautiful location with new dog turf, new luxury boarding accommodations, and a fancy bone shaped pool for the dogs. Schedule & Hours: The position hours are scheduled between 7am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday and weekends as needed. Ideal candidate has open available when needed. Weekly schedule may change on business needs. Must be available the day before and after major holidays and summers as this is our peak season.

Job Description:

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible to develop, implement and execute strategic sales and marketing iniativies, manage social media accounts and website, create and implement new business revenue generation, set and track business sales goals, business to business marketing, event coordination and marketing, manage a marketing budget, develop and follow through with new customer lead generation, support day-to-day client satisfaction of new and existing customers, foster customer retention, provide front desk sales and phone support, advance brand building and support overall strategic business objectives. Must work in tandem with all department managers and business owner to achieve and execute business goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated success in growing and achieving business sales goals
• Guerrilla Marketing
• Front Desk Reception and answer phones as needed
• Develop, schedule and lead networking/community events and in-house marketing events
• Strategically create and manage social marketing posts and campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc) to generate new customer leads
• Website management
• Create Digital Marketing Content
• Brand building and management
• Create written reports for clients about their pets to include photos and dialouge
• Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including developing new streams of revenue /services
• Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls.
• Greets customers enthusiastically with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the resort.
• Assists in training and mentoring front desk sales associates for ongoing success and future growth.
• Leads by example while maintaining proper dress code and attitude when talking to customers, and other employees.
• Accurately follows daily checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.
• Maintains exceptional cleanliness and organization of office spaces.
• Delivers timely follow up and follow through activities with all current and prospective customers.
• Responds to customer requests, inquiries and concerns with a high sense of urgency.

Soft Skills:

• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone.

• College Degree Preferred.

Past Experience Required :

• 5 years of leading a sales & marketing team ( in a service, hospitality or relevant industry)
• 5 years of face to face customer service
• 3 years of digital marketing
• 10 years of reception or administrative work experience
• An affinity and passion for dogs and cats
