These positions are responsible for ensuring that staff, product and shop operations are handled in accordance with proper guidelines and in the areas of sales goal achievement, customer service, cost control, visual merchandising, policy compliance and safety.

Sales experience with excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening, people-oriented, organizational skills, self-motivated and detail oriented.

Seeking Outdoor Specialist with general knowledge of sporting goods and fire-arms for busy growing retail counter. Training available. SHOP QUALIFICATIONS:

• Retail experience in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Proven ability to grow the business by seeking sales opportunities and help to develop a sales-driven team.
• Ability to work any shift including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Utilize product knowledge to promote sales and upsell products to customers.
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers or electronic systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Assist in merchandising products and creating attractive displays to drive sales.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in retail math and basic math skills for transactions.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with cash handling and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively.
- Organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain a tidy sales environment.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
