CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Seeking an individual with a LOVE for pets and the ability to work in a UNIQUE industry to join our growing Pet Care team!

Desired candidate skills/experience:

• Customer-oriented service and assistance
• Effective multi-tasking
• Professional phone demeanor
• Detail oriented, ability to remain calm while multi-tasking
• Ability to maintain a compassionate demeanor while dealing with clients who have just experienced the loss of their pet
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• A current, clear and valid Driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Administrative tasks: phone, email, heavy client communication
• Maintaining detailed information and chain of custody for each pet and pet parent
• Processing payments
• Interacting with families, local veterinary offices/staff, and other pet-related businesses
• Leading a team of client care arrangement coordinators
• Maintaining a clean, organized work-space, along with a welcoming environment for clients

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
