Role description: • To respond, engage and qualify incoming leads. • Establish strong relationships with all existing customers. • Conduct effective in person, in showroom and in webinar presentations showcasing our abilities as an organization. • Cultivate past activity and accounts. • Hunt and target new accounts. • Be aware of competitor activities in the region. • Be up to date on all products and features. • Use CRM to the fullest of its features and capabilities. • Establish quality relations within the Paxiom group of companies and departments to ensure teamwork, alignment and support. • Keep up to date with industry news, trends and technologies. • Be open minded to company supplied training and consultation. • Enjoy sales

Deliverables: • Monthly projections to be submitted to Sales Manager • Maintain a clean and accurate CRM database • Produce estimates and contracts for submission to clients • Achieve minimum quotas

Qualifications • Experience with business to business sales and business to customer sales • Strong management, time management and communication skills • Ability to work in fast paced working environment
