Overview
Responsibilities Ensures availability for PEO clients to hand off incoming calls to the corresponding department associate.
Assists with prioritizing daily work routine around key deliverables and daily agenda. Maintains knowledge of Paychex PEO policies and procedures.
Performs general administrative duties for assigned service department and performs PEO client related tasks within internal systems.
May include working with sensitive client and employee personal or financial data. Participates in additional projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications Diploma - Required Associate's Degree - Preferred 2 years of experience in an administrative role. Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for thispp position is $ - $ hourly.
Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
