This role supports Total Rewards and Human Resources management, including supporting the development of Total Rewards strategies and policies to meet the business needs with respect to the companys benefit and leave programs. This position provides an overall understanding of Paycoms benefits, leave and Human Resources programs and processes, answers employee questions and supports the administrative activities for the benefits and leave department. This position is responsible for the administration of leave of absences programs and managing medium to large complex projects and processes with limited oversight.
