This role will work closely with COE leadership, people business partners and other members of COEs to successfully deliver talent assessment, coaching administration, and promotion practices. Your day to day Supports the delivery of succession planning and talent review at scale including session materials, preparation and executive reporting. Responsible for broad reporting related to coaching effectiveness and participation rates, feedback participation rates and themes as well as other necessary components. Operates as point of contact for People Business Partners on reporting, data changes and technology solutions. Supports the ongoing delivery of talent health scorecards and insights – at functional / BU level and at enterprise level. Serves as primary point of contact for coaching and feedback vendor management. Supports the evolution, implementation and automation of coaching and feedback at scale. Creates manager readiness approach for assigned domains, with specific focus on improving capability and accountability. Monitors executive promotion process including scope, candidate readiness and decision-making processes. What do you need to bring: 5 years of formal succession planning and assessment experience in a defined COE. Domain expertise in areas of assessment, coaching, talent management and/or feedback. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent data analysis capability, with particular focus on data-driven insights and actions Must be able to flourish and navigate in a rapidly changing organization and operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity. Track record of success in a results-oriented HR role with broad influence across an HR function. Experience with talent and performance modules of Workday.
