ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support driving all aspects of the strategic development process of all projects from inception to implementation.
  • Participate in planning and development of Partner meetings, communications and programs ensuring PayTech is meeting requirements of the partner, taking advantage of new opportunities, identifying new concepts, etc.
    • Manage external communication with key partners. This includes current project reports, success stories, bi-weekly strategy and opportunity meetings, new communication initiatives to support PayTech’s partners, etc.
    • Planning and executing the delivery of new partner programs and initiatives.
    • Developing new processes to communicate and share PayTech’s successes with key partners.
    • Assist in developing and growing new partner opportunities, as applicable.
  • Responsible for managing staff, including recruitment, workload, and performance, identifying training needs and employee relations.
  • Responsible for measuring and evaluating overall performance and writing annual performance evaluations.
  • Participate in planning, development, follow up with task forces, work groups and other initiatives. This involves leading and/or participating in task forces, work groups, project planning, development of topics, etc.
  • Assist in organization, planning and development of both internal and external communication initiatives, including SharePoint, Community News, Sales and Marketing, website blogs and postings, etc.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to develop materials related to services to support partner initiatives. Promote these communications internally and externally, coordinating with Operations and Sales.
  • In coordination with leadership, identify, research and document new strategic concepts for future growth, including process improvement initiatives and proposing opportunities to improve results based on continuous need assessments.
  • Manage project risk through comprehensive assessment and planning techniques; address problems though risk assessment and contingency planning, present solution and ensure effective implementation of solutions.
  • Collaborate with assigned teams to contribute to strategic planning initiatives and direct the development of program roadmaps to support PayTech’s strategic direction.
  • Monitor and research assessing industry landscape, competitors, partnership opportunities, etc. to help identify strategic possibilities.
  • Work to consistently provide ongoing communication with all management teams to develop strategies for improving client relations and increasing current client revenue.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Previous HCM experience required.
  • At least 2 years of management experience required.
  • Strong project management skills required.
  • Highly developed analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to think “outside of the box” and recognize, think creatively, and develop opportunities.
  • Focus on process improvement and looking for ways to continually raise the bar.
  • Demonstrated ability to create a point of view and influence others.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and complexity.
  • Excellent cross collaboration skills

At least seven to ten years of systems and project management experience is required. Must be focused, organized, and possess a great sense of prioritization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong problem-solving skills. The ability to build a team, set priorities and resolve problems is imperative. Proven ability to handle high stress situations. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Strong computer skills; knowledge of MS Office products including Word and Excel; good working knowledge of Dayforce, UKG, ADP and other payroll systems.

This position is required to travel. When traveling this position frequently moves/ lifts luggage weighing up to 50 pounds. When not traveling, this position must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
