Secord Insurance Agency (part of the PCF Insurance Services Network) has been providing our customers with excellent customer service and great insurance products for several years, first as a captive insurance agent, and then as an independent insurance agency. Throughout the moves and transitions, what has remained constant is our dedication to help our customers find the best rates and coverage, and to provide excellent service and help make sure you understand your coverage.
Job Summary:
This critical role as a CSR / Sales is responsible for assisting customers and our team of sales professionals on a day-to-day basis by providing the absolute best customer service experience. Customer Service Representatives take the lead on overseeing customer needs, answering questions, providing information, and escalating calls and emails to the correct agent if necessary. They develop a knowledgebase of our policies and services and use that information to make a tangible impact on our customer's lives with the help they provide. We are also open to a customer service and client education focused salesperson and have opportunities for growth on the sales side.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide clear communication to assist customers over the phone and by e-mail with a variety of questions.
• Document all of customer interactions, detailing inquiries as well as actions taken.
• Perform complex clerical duties with accurate and timely data entry, including policy changes, payments, cancelations, and incoming/outgoing mail.
• Handle all customer information with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor.
• Ability to communicate at a professional level in both written and verbal form.
• Ability to prioritize managing multiple assignments with high detail accuracy.

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• 9:00am - 5:00pm, with 30 min paid lunch
