PCF Insurance is Hiring a Senior Manager of Carrier Office Solutions Near Lehi, UT

Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Carrier Operations Team as our Office Liaison. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the office requests and carrier needs for our 140 offices across the US, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any carrier-related issues that arise. This position will also involve training our offices on our custom PCF proprietary Carrier Renewal process. Responsibilities:Interact with our offices to understand their carrier needs, including Appointment Requests, Carrier Issues, and other related inquiriesServe as the primary point of contact for offices regarding carrier-related matters and provide timely and effective resolutions to any issues that ariseAct as a partner and liaison with the other PCF Carrier team members to ensure office needs are met by the national Carrier team memberDevelop and maintain strong relationships with office partners to facilitate efficient communication and problem-solvingConduct training sessions for offices on our custom proprietary Carrier Renewal process to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company guidelines - Travel will be required up to 50% of the timeCoordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in carrier relations activitiesAnalyze reporting and trending to identify growth opportunitiesStay updated on industry trends and best practices in carrier relations to enhance our brokerage's competitive advantage Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)4 years of experience in carrier relations, Property & Casualty insurance brokerage, or related field is essential for success in this roleExperience presenting to all levels of leadership and broad audiences is crucialStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with internal teams and external partnersExpert knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products and carrier operationsDetail-oriented, with a systematic approach to managing responsibilities and finding solutionsFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as neededExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, as needed Compensation:Competitive Schedule:M-F, FT Location:In office, Lehi UtahBenefits: Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Paid Time Off 401K
