Job Title: Mental Health Professional
Location: REMOTE(25% Travel when needed)
Salary: Depends on Experience
Job Summary: PCG Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and effective mental health services to individuals who are struggling with various emotional and psychological issues. The Mental Health Professional will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to help clients achieve mental wellness.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments to determine client needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients.
  • Develop and implement interventions that promote mental health and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatments, and coping strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and adjust them as needed.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice.

Requirements:
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Active state license in mental health counseling or clinical social work.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches for mental health disorders.
  • Understanding of cultural diversity and sensitivity in providing mental health services.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Doctoral degree in psychology or related field
  • Certification in a specific evidence-based treatment modality (e.g. CBT, DBT, EMDR)
