Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the CEO with managing a wide range of tasks and projects

• Maintain the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments

• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

• Manage a dynamic group of coworkers and facilitate effective communication

• Conduct thorough research and prepare comprehensive reports using Excel, charts, and pie charts

• Support the CEO in project management and ensure timely execution

• Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and seek opportunities for growth and improvement

• Show a keen interest in continuous learning and gaining knowledge through reading books and expanding skill sets

Qualifications:

• Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude

• Flexible with working hours and willing to work extra hours when needed, including traveling 4-5 times a year

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
