As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of a Golf Pro Shop Attendant is to attractively maintain the Golf Shop and provide welcoming service to our guests. This role is crucial in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for golf enthusiasts by keeping the shop clean and presentable, arranging merchandise displays, and monitoring inventory levels. Exceptional customer service skills will help create a positive first impression and set the tone for the guest experience at the golf course. A crucial part of this role is to greet and register participants and courteously enforce guidelines regarding dress code, beverage policies, etc. to avoid causing conflicts for the play coordinator.
