Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Fort Hunter Liggett, CA

Pay Range: $89,000 - $91,000

Supervises the daily activities of a Military Vehicle Maintenance Facility. The Supervisor determines workflow and scheduling for internal and external customers. This position implements operational policies and procedures. Supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staff. The Supervisor makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department, the daily weekly, and monthly vehicle maintenance workload. The successful candidate has some authority for personnel actions. The Supervisor has thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes regarding military toolrooms, military vehicle maintenance, and production control. Candidate must be familiar with the current system of record, GCSS-Army.

Qualifications:

• Five years documented leadership experience and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures and instructions in assigned area of responsibility.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all installed product software at the user/operator level and automated data processing policies and procedures as they pertain to assigned equipment which will allow the contractor to solve and/or contact appropriate technical support to resolve any problem associated with these systems.
• Ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues and recommend actions to improve delivery of services to customers.
• Skills in verbal and written communications to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions.
