Responsibilities

  • Early identify product opportunities. Prospect and qualify the deals
  • Engage with the customer accounts through interactive communication process
  • Present PDF company and product overview. Understand customer needs and pain points. Collect information regarding customer timeline, scope, status and budget 
  • Organize in-depth technical discussions between customer technical team and PDF application teams. Facilitate the meetings to make sure their needs and pain points are addressed in the discussions. Follow up with customer to make sure they are technically convinced
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns for specific products or market segments 
  • Develop marketing collateral for the Chinese market. Adapt PDF Solutions sales and product collateral to the specific need to the local market
  • Build trustworthy relationships with customer key influencers, decision makers and buyers. Establish channels that we can obtain sufficient information to make reasonable decisions and adjustments in a competitive business situation
  • Communicate both externally and internally during the business negotiation to maximize our chance to win
  • Maintain/update account and opportunity status through internal CRM system to make sure sales projections are as accurate as possible
  • Follow up with existing customers to make sure their issues/new requirements are addressed properly. Exercise “Land and Expand” strategy so that we grow with the customer
  • Teamwork with other sales/account managers to leverage resources and improve our effectiveness to win a deal 
  • Establish strong industry connections with semiconductor experts, associations and companies to obtain the latest developments
  • Lead organization of PDF Solutions events in China and coordinate with PDF corporate marketing team 

Qualifications

  • 5 years practical sales experience in semiconductor industry, especially in EDA software, front end equipment and foundry software (such as MES, YMS or FDC)
  • Strong communication skills. Be able to break the ice and establish good relationships with people effectively
  • Good connections with semiconductor industry and companies in different vertical markets such as fabs, IDMs and fabless. Resourceful in getting a reference or penetrating a new account
  • Business acumen to adapt to the changing environment, create new strategy and make effective adjustments
  • Bachelor degree and above, with engineering background such as EE/CS/Physics/Material/Mechanical 
  • Work location is based in Shanghai, with domestic travel flexibility 
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing 

Pay Range

CNY ¥276,250.00 - CNY ¥325,000.00 /Yr.
