The Auto Title Clerk is responsible for processing automobile title documents for lease payoff. They are responsible to follow the release instructions provided by the client. This position requires the ability to research and address exception issues.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Sign/stamp title documents and match/attach all other corresponding documents.
• Follow provided instructions to complete reassignment of titles.
• Accurately follow the release instructions provided by the client.
• Notify the supervisor/lead for any exception issues or questions.
• Assist others as necessary.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications (Education AND Experience)

• HS diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Minimal supervision.

Minimum Job Skills, (Abilities & Qualifications)

• Ability to type 45 WPM.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong handwriting skills/excellent penmanship.
• Strong work ethic.
