The Customer Service Team puts a human face on all of PDQ’s customer touchpoints. You’ll be on the phone, managing email and chat, assisting customers with service status questions – as well as being a point-of-contact to resolve the occasional mistake. You will be the liaison between our company, current and potential customers and our technicians. You’ll get to know our products and services and become an expert at advising customers. You’re going to be completely empowered to WOW our customers.

The position is based out of our Milford office: 805 U.S. 50.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and employees at all times
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner while utilizing scripts to handle difficult customer situations
- Communicate with customers through various channels such as email and chat
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Maintain records of customer interaction, transactions, comments, complaints
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Understanding our products/services inside and out
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
- 1 year previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent customer service, and organizational skills
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Experience with Service Titan a plus
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree
