- Restaurant Manager
- Fast Casual restaurant experience preferred
- 1 year of salaried Restaurant Manager experience or 2-3 years as a Shift Leader experience.
- Experience hiring & training hourly team members
- Has excellent people and guest service skills
- Relentlessly focuses on quality and making sure we meet or exceed our standards.
- Cultivates a diverse culture for our Team Members where they are safe, secure and free from harassment.
- Coaches and teaches our Team Members while recognizing and rewarding performance as well as effort.
- Is fully proficient in all aspects of the kitchen.
