In this role, you will coordinate and process inbound merchandise inventory, maintain accurate counts, prepare gift bags for our business partners, and assist the Account Management Team with stock merchandise orders.

Job Title : Merchandise Coordinator

Job Type : Full time; Consultant (6 months)

Location : Renton, WA 98057

Schedule : Monday to Friday; First Shift; 8 : 30AM-5 : 00PM

Pay Rate : $21.58 to $24.35 per hour

Key Responsibilities :

Receive merchandise transfers at the loading dock, count received merchandise for accuracy, and move inventory between buildings.

Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure required merchandise minimums are always in stock on-site.

Coordinate with our internal sales team to prepare gift bags for our airplane sales customers, ensuring they are de-priced, assembled per customer expectations, and ready for pickup at the required time.

Package parcels for domestic and international shipping, create shipping labels, and complete all shipping / delivery requirements as requested by customers.

Arrange transportation pick-up and delivery of gift bags as requested by customers.

Assist on-site Account Managers with placing stock merchandise orders for customer requests.

Maintain an organized, clean office and storage location that offers a welcoming environment for internal customers.

Provide an excellent customer service experience.

Top Required Skills :

One year of retail operations experience.

Strong communication skills with the ability to brief stakeholders on project status.

Pay Details : $21.58 to $24.35 per hour
