McDonald’s Department Manager
Our McDonald’s is now hiring Department Managers to join our restaurant team. As a Shift Leader & Department Manager, you’ll be a part of a community that helps lead and thrives on service- to each other, customers, and the community. We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with interested candidates.
Department Manager Responsibilities:
Lead Kitchen Department - focus on delivering great food, kitchen staff training on production procedures, and kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
Guest Service Department - ensuring strong customer service is delivered, service staff is trained for taking orders, menu knowledge, cashier skills, and Drive-thru procedures are followed.
People Department Manager - hiring qualified crew, and providing training to meet restaurant sales and profit goals while keeping crew motivated each shift.
Qualifications:
QSR restaurant experience (McDonald's a plus!)
Flexible schedule availability
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
