Job DescriptionPersonal Injury Law firm in the Bronx seeks bilingual Spanish and English legal assistant/messenger to assist in Calendar department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to answering phones, delivery of interoffice correspondence, filing paperwork at the courthouse, accompanying client to IME/DME and/or other duties as assigned.
Candidates must possess: Fluency in Spanish and English, customer service oriented, and be a team player. Computer literacy in Microsoft platforms such as Excel and Word is required. Ability to multitask, think ahead and be comfortable in a fast paced environment.
