QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma preferred.
• Demonstrate adequate English oral and writing skills.
• Must have a high level of organizational skills, initiative, creativity, and communicate well with others.

JOB SUMMARY: Perform custodial and housekeeping tasks. Maintain the facility in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner. Perform all tasks to assure that the facility reflects a high quality of care and appearance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides quality housekeeping services, and a clean, orderly and safe environment for all facility residents and staff
• Cleans assigned areas of the facility, included but not limited to: resident rooms and bathrooms, on a scheduled basis
• Meet high standards of cleanliness, infection control, safety and hazardous communication program
• Plans efficient use of time, cooperates with all other staff and performs responsibilities with minimum disruption to the residents and staff
• Maintains a clean, orderly work area and department
• Assists in maintaining adequate supplies needed in the department
• Performs other duties as assigned
