Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of personal care services. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct support and patient care, with the ability to assist clients in their home or community setting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Transport clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Support clients with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of clients

Experience:
- Prior experience in direct support, home or community care, or related fields
- Ability to lift and perform heavy lifting tasks when necessary
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of patient care practices and procedures
