Achieve your full potential! Peace of Mind is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee our Community Services department. Community Services Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for day-to-day operations regarding individualized home support services. Community Services Coordinator will coordinate, communicate, and organize individuals/families needing services and direct support professionals team members. Additional responsibilities will include being available to answer calls and address concerns as they arise which may include, but not limited to scheduling changes, scheduling coverage, and filling in for DSP. Coordinator will work closely with community and vocational support professionals, individuals, and their family as well as case managers.
Position is salaried, minimum of 40 hours per week (may work more due to staffing patterns) and on call 24/7 unless otherwise communicated. Schedule varies based on individuals needs, must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
