DescriptionJob DescriptionPeaceHealth is seeking a Program Coordinator, Mission Integration.
This is a hybrid role requiring the incumbent to be onsite 60% of the time and will require travel throughout PeaceHealth sites.
Responsible for managing the structural development and operations of system-wide programs, initiatives, and projects supporting Mission Integration Services and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). Develops standardized processes, procedures, formats, and documentation for all Mission Services programs and DEI. Partners with leadership to ensure effective implementation of each program and oversees administrative support for logistics and training on standard delivery methods. Inclusive of operations for Formation, Ethics, DEI, Spiritual Care, and Mission Services, etc. as well as system-wide projects.
What you will enjoy:
  • Designing processes and oversees programs that support Mission, Ethics, Spiritual Care, Formation, International Mission, DEI, and Church relations. Coordinating the logistics for system-wide programs and initiatives. Designing processes and oversees programs to support Mission, Ethics, Spiritual Care, Formation, and International Mission (PazSalud). Facilitating input from subject-matter experts. Implementing tactical plans consistent with Mission Integration and DEI strategies.
  • Providing recommendations on program methodology and project requests when assessing annual or ongoing Mission Integration and DEI opportunities. Collecting input from local Mission Leadership to assess, prioritize resources, create, or facilitate project planning and cascade programs for system-wide strategies, insuring coordination of materials, participant registration, documentation of methods, and outcome measures.
  • Managing the internal and external communications of Mission Integration and DEI. Communicating with leadership on program coordination and implementation strategy, direction, and changes for Mission Integration and DEI. Effectively managing details of changes to ensure success.
  • Facilitating the infrastructure and operational aspects of the Mission and Values Review process, Formation Programs, DEI, PazSalud, and System Ethics. Overseeing the delivery of statistics, reports, and other materials for system committees, project plans, and follow-up on performance metrics.
  • Monitoring and maintaining project schedule adhering to relevant project management standards and reporting requirements for Mission Services and DEI.
  • Partnering with Mission Integration and DEI to create standards, processes, and templates for training programs and communicates and monitors the usage of training program templates.
  • Educating and supporting the Mission Integration and DEI departments in procedures and standards for new programs, training on process, ensuring documentation, and routine problem-solving.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable internal/external legal and regulatory agreements, standards and requirements; as well as organizational initiatives/changes with potential to impact current operations.
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in business, mission, or operational analysis.
  • Experience working with virtual teams and coordinating projects in a large, complex organization with multiple business units.
  • Training in project/program management preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate deliverables with a wide range of constituents and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in the use of educational technologies, equipment and other standard software applications.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • MS Project and Visio skills preferred.
Working Conditions
  • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Sedentary work.
  • Predominantly operates in an office environment.
  • Some time spent on site in medical/hospital setting.
  • Vision and hearing required within normal limits (glasses, contacts, hearing aids permitted).
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $27.47 – $41.21. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
