We are looking for a professional Cook to prepare food to the exact specifications of the Director of Food and Beverage and the recipes via Marriott International. Cook duties will consist of setting up and breaking down the back of house area, prepping based on occupancy, restocking and utilizing the FIFO method, producing food items based on the specific orders, and self-management in the BOH. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals for our Luxury Lifestyle brand.
Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, washing, and storing based on individual food freshness guidelines
Daily batch prepping of house sauces and other batched recipes.
