Role Information : Make outgoing calls to warm leads provided by the agency. Provide expert advice to clients on insurance products that best suit their needs.

Enhance your sales skills through ongoing training and coaching, sharpening your professional abilities. Take inbound calls and resolve issues for our customers Requirements Needed for the Role : Strong soft skills, including aggressiveness, a money-driven mindset, exceptional work ethic, dependability, excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and an ability to work well in a team environment.

Must be licensed with a Property and Casualty Insurance license or Personal Lines license. Commitment to a 40-hour work week within our LaGrange office.

Responsibilities of an Inside Sales Representative : Efficiently manage and organize a sales pipeline to maximize opportunities.

Recommend personalized insurance coverages tailored to meet each customer's unique needs. Address questions and find solutions for clients by assisting with customer questions or concerns, setting expectations, and completing any follow-up work from client interactions.
